Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market companies throughout the LATAM region.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach and demos to contract negotiation and closing.
Partner closely with our product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and shape our localization strategy.
Build lasting relationships with key decision makers, C level executives, and technical buyers.
Exceed ambitious revenue targets while evangelizing our cutting edge AI voice, agent, and creative platforms.

Requirements

Proven track record of quota-carrying B2B software sales experience, preferably selling cutting edge SaaS or AI solutions into the LATAM market.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with Portuguese being a strong advantage.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
Self-motivated mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high growth remote environment.
Deep understanding of the regional business landscape and enterprise buying behaviors across Latin America.
