As our new Account Executive for Influencer Marketing, you will step into a fast-paced role providing white glove service to diverse brands. You will help our clients scale their influencer marketing efforts while enjoying a healthy work and life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive influencer recruitment and secure impactful partnerships for top-tier consumer brands.
Own end-to-end campaign deliverables from initial outreach to final tracking and reporting.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas of success and opportunities for growth.
Proactively implement strategic measures to continuously optimize influencer programs toward specific client goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in developing and managing successful, KPI-driven influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products or services companies.
Verbal and written fluency in German is an absolute must for this position.
A proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for relationship building.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, internal company events, and industry conferences.
