The Role: Account Director
As the Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency's future and maintaining its stellar reputation. Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, Advertising, or Client Service.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, demonstrating the ability to guide teams and manage complex projects.
- Proven experience managing and growing multinational or blue-chip client accounts.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills, with a track record of winning pitches and securing new business.
