The Role
As our AC / HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility’s climate control operations. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all air conditioning and ventilation systems throughout our modern edifice. We are looking for a professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, inspect, and perform routine preventive maintenance on all HVAC and AC systems to ensure long-term functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve technical faults within cooling and ventilation units.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep a close eye on system performance, offering expert recommendations for necessary upgrades or replacements to stay ahead of technological trends.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of service activities, repairs, and inventory management for spare parts.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work meets rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Emergency Response: Act swiftly to address breakdowns to ensure zero disruption to our luxury guest experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our wider engineering team to troubleshoot complex issues and identify energy-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
