Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary bridge between Design and Release Engineers and System Architects to turn technical and regulatory needs into clear instructions.
- Use established requirements engineering methods to elicit, analyze, document, and maintain complex system requirements.
- Work hands on with specialized tools like IBM DOORS, IBM Engineering Workflow Management, and JIRA to manage workflows and track issues.
- Collaborate throughout the software development life cycle while applying analytical methods like DFM to optimize designs.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Systems Requirements Engineer, specifically within automotive infotainment subsystems.
- Strong familiarity with requirements management and workflow control platforms including IBM DOORS and JIRA.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and standard engineering methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to act as a key liaison across multidisciplinary teams.
