Key Responsibilities

Manage the end to end production of high impact advertising and marketing campaigns for major healthcare brands.
Collaborate closely with creative, account, and strategy teams to ensure projects stay on vision, on time, and on budget.
Partner with top tier external vendors, directors, and production partners globally.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation smoothly across multiple simultaneous projects.
Solve creative and logistical challenges proactively while keeping quality exceptionally high.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a producer within an advertising agency or production environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing stellar creative campaigns and seamless project execution.
Familiarity with the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech spaces is a massive plus.
Exceptional organizational skills paired with a calm, collaborative approach to problem solving.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment connecting with teammates across the globe.
