Key Responsibilities
Your day will involve steering multiple operational functions and ensuring every detail aligns with top-tier service standards
- Oversee operational workflows across the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest support teams
- Own property profit and loss metrics, taking charge of budgeting, regular forecasting, cost reduction, and bottom-line targets
- Drive top-line revenue through proactive revenue management, monitoring occupancy rates, average daily rates, and group business opportunities
- Champion guest satisfaction by tracking reviews, solving complex service escalations, and implementing quality benchmarks
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate department leaders to cultivate an accountable, guest-first workplace culture
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring solid leadership experience and genuine passion for hospitality management
- Fluency in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success managing hospitality operations, P&L budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Strong grasp of hospitality revenue metrics including RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy optimization
- High adaptability and problem-solving skills when navigating fast-changing operational environments
- Proactive mindset paired with the independence needed to thrive in a remote workflow
