About the Role

As the Warehouse Officer, you will be at the heart of daily inventory operations, managing stock movement, and ensuring seamless logistics execution. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency of product distribution to wholesale markets and major supermarkets nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock to optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure quick, safe access.
Prepare orders for delivery by coordinating closely with the logistics team, guaranteeing accurate order picking, packing, and labeling.
Maintain meticulously up-to-date inventory records within the warehouse system and perform regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and audits.
Inspect both incoming and outgoing goods meticulously for damages, report discrepancies immediately, and strictly enforce company warehouse protocols and safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

Hold an HND or BSc Degree in any relevant discipline.
Bring at least 2+ years of proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control.
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word, etc.).
Possess strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, clear communication abilities, and solid problem-solving capabilities.
