Realty Point Limited (RC 621592), a dynamic and multifaceted Pan-African real estate concern, is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Executive Personal Driver to join their team. Known for our strong presence in real estate development, investment, publishing, training/consultancy, and marketing syndications, we pride ourselves on professionalism and excellence across all our operations.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who can ensure the safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation of our executives, staff, and clients. The work schedule for this role runs from Mondays to Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan efficient routes and monitor real-time traffic updates to avoid delays.
- Transport executives, staff, and clients safely to meetings, airports, and corporate events.
- Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tyres, lights, and brakes) and routine vehicle maintenance.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, presentable, and in optimal working condition at all times.
- Deliver official documents and parcels securely where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, service schedules, and vehicle documentation (insurance, license, registration, and roadworthiness expiry dates).
- Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or transit delays immediately to management.
Requirements & Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of local roads, shortcuts, traffic laws, and the ability to effectively use GPS navigation devices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of punctuality, reliability, and personal discretion/confidentiality.
- Basic mechanical skills to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional driving experience. Comprehensive knowledge of Lagos and interstate routes is mandatory. Previous experience working in a corporate or structured setting will be a significant advantage.
- Qualifications: Minimum of a Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
