The Role

As the Warehouse Manager, you will serve as the backbone of our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all warehouse activities at NutriK FZE. Your primary goal is to ensure the safe, hygienic, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining full compliance with stringent food safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end warehouse lifecycle, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Champion food safety protocols, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Implement and monitor effective FIFO/FEFO inventory principles.
Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain peak productivity and high discipline.
Maintain impeccable inventory records through regular stock counts and variance reporting.
Optimize warehouse layout to ensure efficient material flow and space utilization.
Coordinate with production and transport departments to ensure seamless material availability and on-time delivery.
Actively participate in internal and external quality and safety audits.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Character: A high level of integrity, a results-driven mindset, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.
