The Opportunity: Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed for a leader who can expertly navigate and optimize our extensive warehouse and depot operations across multiple locations. Your mission will be to ensure seamless receipt, secure storage, meticulous inventory control, precise preservation, and efficient dispatch of all raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and other critical inventory items. This role is crucial in maintaining exceptional stock accuracy, fostering operational efficiency, and guaranteeing strict regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities (The Job)
As our Warehouse Manager, you will be instrumental in:
- Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing robust warehouse management strategies, policies, and operational plans that align with and vigorously support our overarching business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Overseeing the meticulous and efficient receipt, secure storage, careful handling, and prompt dispatch of all raw materials, packaging materials, additives, and finished products across our diverse network of warehouses and depots.
- Inventory Precision: Maintaining highly accurate inventory records and ensuring real-time reconciliation between our physical stock and advanced ERP systems, providing a clear and precise view of all assets.
- Control and Assurance: Conducting thorough cycle counts, rigorous stock verification exercises, and in-depth investigations into any inventory variances, subsequently implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Compliance and Quality: Upholding strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out), FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out), and all inventory rotation principles to proactively minimize losses, prevent damages, and mitigate product obsolescence.
- Finished Goods Management: Strategically managing all finished goods warehouses and depots to ensure timely order fulfillment, complete product traceability, and consistent stock availability, meeting market demands without delay.
- Partner Collaboration: Effectively overseeing relationships with our third-party warehouse operators and logistics partners, ensuring stringent compliance with all service level agreements and maintaining our high operational standards.

Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: A Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Agriculture, Industrial Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 8–12 years of progressive professional experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, or broader Supply Chain Management roles.
