Role Overview

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. You will help manage inventory, receive goods from suppliers, organize stock, and prepare orders for both retail stores and wholesale customers. Inventory operations are efficiently managed using the Loyverse POS system, integrated and optimized by Ribap Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Receive goods from suppliers and verify quantities of delivered products.
Organize warehouse shelves and storage areas for optimal efficiency.
Prepare stock transfers to retail stores and assist in preparing wholesale orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock audits.
Maintain general warehouse organization and safety standards.

Requirements

Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and handle stock effectively.
Basic technology skills (familiarity with POS systems is a plus).
Ability to thrive and work efficiently in a warehouse environment.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₦120,000 (Gross) with potential performance-based bonuses.
Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Leave Policy: 10 working days of annual leave per year, and 5 days of sick leave per year (medical report required if sick leave exceeds one day).
