Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret critical business data. Your insights will directly support executive decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive sustainable business growth. In this role, you will transform sales, inventory, customer, and operational data into valuable strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and operational data.
Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, stock movement, revenue, and emerging business trends.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other leading analytical tools to generate actionable insights.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while identifying trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Analyze customer purchasing patterns, product performance, and overall sales team productivity.
Support management with accurate, data-driven forecasts and strategic recommendations.
Maintain precise databases and ensure data integrity across all reporting systems.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support overarching business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or business reporting.
Demonstrated relevant experience within an industrial tools organization.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; hands-on Power BI experience is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of SQL and database management systems is considered a strong advantage.
Exceptional analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication abilities and an unwavering attention to detail.
