The Ike Foundation for Autism is looking for a talented and dedicated Videographer to join our mission in Nigeria. We are a foundation committed to increasing awareness about autism and improving the lives of those affected through our assessment programs, resource centers, and educational outreach initiatives.
About the Role
We are seeking a creatively driven professional to capture the heart and soul of our foundation. As our Videographer, you will be responsible for transforming our vision into high-quality visual narratives. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand by producing engaging content that educates the public, highlights our success stories, and promotes our advocacy efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and documentaries.
- Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and storyboards to streamline production.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, including audio recording, lighting, and composition.
- Apply expert editing techniques, such as motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and subtitling.
- Maintain all video equipment and media assets with high organizational standards.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure all content aligns with the Foundation's brand identity.
- Stay current with industry trends and propose innovative video strategies to expand our reach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven professional experience as a videographer or content creator.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Demonstrable expertise in camera operation, lighting, and high-quality audio recording.
- A flair for storytelling, with the ability to adapt narratives for diverse audiences.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience with drone operation, photography, and motion graphics.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a range of professional, impactful video work.
