The Role

As a Travel Consultant at LEAM Consulting, you will be the cornerstone of our travel services division. Your expertise will directly influence our clients' success in study abroad endeavors, business travel, and leisure exploration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage comprehensive visa application and processing for various global destinations.
Provide expert travel consultation and personalized advisory services.
Develop and execute detailed travel itineraries and attractive, marketable travel packages.
Handle end-to-end travel requirements including B2B and B2C leisure tours, study abroad programs, and business travel.
Execute flight bookings, hotel reservations, and maintain all travel documentation with high accuracy.
Offer deep insights into destination guidance and ensure strict travel compliance.
Proactively manage leads and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A B.Sc or HND in any relevant field.
At least 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in the travel consultancy industry.
Deep knowledge of global visa processing regulations.
Experience in managing study abroad cases, leisure packages, and business travel operations.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A proactive mindset; proficiency in modern travel booking systems and travel documentation software will be considered a significant advantage.
