Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and skilled Dispatch Rider to join our team within the Logistics and Supply Chain division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely delivery of goods and packages to our valued clients. As the face of our logistics operations on the road, your commitment to safety and efficiency will directly enable us to provide excellent service and uphold our reputation for dependability.

Key Responsibilities

As a Dispatch Rider, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

Deliver packages, documents, and goods to customers and business units in a timely and professional manner.
Follow scheduled delivery routes provided by the dispatch coordination team to optimize efficiency.
Ensure the safety, security, and integrity of all packages and items while in transit.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical or digital records of all deliveries and pickups, including obtaining recipient signatures.
Perform routine daily maintenance checks on your assigned motorcycle/vehicle to guarantee safety and roadworthiness.
Communicate effectively and promptly with both the dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status or any challenges on the road.
Strictly adhere to all local traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations to ensure safe operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

A valid driver’s license (specifically for motorcycles) with a clean, verifiable driving record.
Proven professional experience working as a dispatch rider, delivery rider, or in a similar logistics role.
Excellent familiarity with local roads, major routes, and navigation shortcuts.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with the dispatch team.
Outstanding time-management and organizational skills to meet tight delivery deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring polite and professional interactions with clients.
The physical stamina and strength required to ride for extended periods and handle packages of various sizes and weights.
