The Role

As the Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management Associate, you will serve as a key player in maintaining Duplo's security posture. You will be responsible for a diverse range of security functions, including threat intelligence operations, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing coordination, and essential GRC initiatives. Your work will span infrastructure, cloud environments, and critical third-party ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities

Threat Intelligence: Monitor feeds, conduct threat hunting, and provide actionable insights to protect against evolving ransomware and cyber campaigns.
Vulnerability Management: Execute assessments across databases and applications, coordinate penetration testing, and ensure timely remediation of security gaps.
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Support adherence to regulatory standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, and CBN Cybersecurity Frameworks.
Reporting: Develop comprehensive security dashboards and executive reports to track risk exposure and remediation SLAs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with DevOps and Engineering teams to provide security advisory support for digital transformation initiatives.

Who You Are

We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field and have 2-3 years of proven experience in cybersecurity operations. You should be familiar with industry-standard frameworks and tools, and ideally, hold certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or CISA. Previous experience in fintech or highly regulated industries will be highly regarded.
