Embark on a Transformative Journey as a Sustainability Manager at Seven Up Bottling Company!
Seven Up Bottling Company (SBC) stands as a beacon of innovation and resilience, tracing its roots back to the ambitious vision of C.L. Grigg in 1929 St. Louis, MO. Evolving from 'Bib-Label Lithiated Lemon-Lime Soda' to the globally recognized 7UP, the company has not only developed a beloved brand but also challenged norms with campaigns like 'UNCOLA' and introduced pioneering sugar-free and caffeine-free options. This rich history of innovation and adaptability now extends to a profound commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable business practices.

This includes pioneering circular economy initiatives such as sustainable waste management and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs, alongside impactful water stewardship projects designed for efficiency and community access.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, NGOs, industry associations, and our invaluable host communities.
- Supply Chain Transformation: Drive sustainability throughout our supply chain through diligent audits, robust due diligence processes, and targeted training programs.
- Community Social Responsibility: Oversee and enhance Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives within host communities, aligning with SBC’s defined focus areas.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor sustainability specialists, leads, champions, and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Climate Finance: Provide crucial support in enabling the business to source climate finance and credits, further accelerating our sustainability agenda.
- Regulatory Oversight: Maintain rigorous oversight on environmental regulatory compliance, encompassing EIA, ECM, licenses & permits, and continuous monitoring of NESREA and other environmental MDAs regulations pertinent to the Food & Beverage Industry.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly present comprehensive sustainability performance updates to the Head of Sustainability and executive leadership, articulating progress and strategic recommendations.
