Position Summary

As our Supply Chain Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the allocation, transportation, and setup of critical assets across the cities we cover. This position ensures the timely, cost-effective procurement, delivery, and installation of necessary components while maintaining strict adherence to our operational budgets and deployment schedules.

Roles and Responsibilities

Procurement Management

Identify and source high-quality vehicles, spare parts, and related services that align with our high standards.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements to optimize costs without ever compromising on quality.
Develop and execute dynamic procurement strategies to meet evolving business needs and support aggressive growth plans.

Distribution Management

Oversee the seamless distribution of vehicles and parts to ensure timely and accurate deliveries across the country.
Optimize distribution networks to minimize operational costs and significantly improve service efficiency.
Track and report on transportation performance, implementing continuous improvements as needed.

Vehicle Setup & Readiness

Ensure that all vehicles procured meet predefined quality standards by conducting thorough inspections and coordinating with suppliers to resolve any deficiencies promptly.
Oversee comprehensive pre-delivery preparations, including registration, documentation, and the installation of required equipment or accessories to ensure vehicles are ready for immediate deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics operations.
Solid, practical knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics coordination.
Strong ability to analyze operational data and generate actionable insights for maximum efficiency.
Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
