Role Overview: Recruitment Supervisor
As the Recruitment Supervisor, you will lead and execute end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent—especially for field-based and high-volume sales roles. With recruitment activities spanning the South-West, South-East, and South-South regions of Nigeria, your regional network and strategic sourcing skills will be key to meeting ambitious organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial manpower requisition through to successful onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- High-Volume Recruitment: Manage large-scale hiring campaigns specifically tailored for Sales Executives, Merchandisers, Marketers, and Territory Managers.
- Regional Coordination: Successfully align and oversee recruitment operations across the South-West, South-East, and South-South regions of Nigeria.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to identify staffing priorities, clarify requirements, and provide strategic recruitment insights.
- Candidate Experience & Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey and supporting employer branding initiatives.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track essential recruitment metrics, generate insights, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with company policies.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of solid recruitment experience, with a heavy emphasis on field sales, marketing, and high-volume roles.
- Regional Network: A robust, active professional network in the South-West, South-East, and South-South regions of Nigeria.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in a reputable recruitment or outsourcing firm is highly desirable.
- Core Skills: Excellent competency-based interviewing skills, stakeholder management, time management, and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
