Your Impact as a Store Executive: Key Responsibilities

As a Store Executive, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring smooth inventory flow, accurate reporting, and excellent customer support within our Abuja store. Your role is critical in maintaining the quality and availability of our life-changing products.

Inventory Management: Precision and Control

Efficiently receive and track inventory from the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Manage and issue out stock meticulously, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
Ensure timely dispatch of stocks as per operational requirements.
Maintain and update all stock cards and online Goods Received/Issued logs diligently.
Provide detailed off-the-shelf sales data when required.
Conduct regular daily cycle counts and comprehensive monthly stock takes.
Receive faulty stock from the field, consolidate it, and prepare for disposal.
Manage all spare parts inventory, including re-ordering to prevent stockouts.

Reporting: Insight and Analysis

Prepare accurate daily on-hand stock reports for key stakeholders.
Report on daily issued-out stock for timely replacement and replenishment.

Repairs: Technical Expertise and Support

Take full custody of repair tools and toolkits, ensuring their proper maintenance.
Perform basic checks on faulty units prior to replacement.
Conduct basic repairs on in-warranty returns, demonstrating technical acumen.

Store Management: Operational Excellence and Customer Service

Ensure the center is always well-maintained and tidy, with shop floor arrangements per SKU.
Maintain a neat and organized repair workbench, strictly observing safety procedures.
Warmly welcome walk-in customers, providing necessary assistance and resolving queries.
Receive faulty components, accurately identify technical issues, and verify warranty eligibility.
Collaborate with Energy Officers and the Call Center to efficiently resolve customer queries.

Who We're Looking For: Your Profile

A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution in any related field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a related role, demonstrating practical expertise.
Effective communication and people skills, crucial for internal and external interactions.
Knowledge of Sun King products (an added advantage, but not essential).
Demonstrably high levels of integrity coupled with a proactive and positive attitude.
A strong customer focus, always striving to provide excellent service.
A collaborative team player with high levels of flexibility.
Proven report-writing experience, showcasing your analytical and documentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate operational challenges.
Computer literacy with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Territory knowledge (an added advantage).
