The Opportunity: Store Supervisor
The Store Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and the integrity of our inventory. This position is vital for supporting efficient store operations, maintaining accurate records, and upholding robust inventory control processes essential for meeting our demanding operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily issuance of materials, ensuring prompt and accurate service delivery to all internal customers.
- Ensure all stock receipts and issues are meticulously recorded within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365), maintaining data integrity.
- Actively monitor stock movements, promptly identifying and escalating any discrepancies or irregularities to prevent operational disruptions.
- Oversee the accurate issuance of packing slips and ensure comprehensive documentation is forwarded for timely payment processing.
- Support the effective implementation of approved reorder levels to proactively prevent stock-outs and maintain optimal inventory.
- Track inventory usage trends and provide valuable input for strategic replenishment planning.
- Maintain accurate bin cards, ensuring a perfect alignment between physical stock counts and system records.
- Assist in the meticulous receiving and verification of materials against approved documentation, ensuring compliance.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are fully supported by appropriate and complete documentation.
Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) O' level Credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- An Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Management, Accounting, or any other Social Science-related discipline.
Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in stores management, inventory management, or stock control.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- A strong and comprehensive understanding of inventory management and stock control principles.
- Demonstrable strong analytical and reconciliation skills, vital for accurate stock management.
- Excellent record-keeping and meticulous documentation skills.
- Proficiency in the use of various inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
