The Role
As a Store Executive, you will be the heartbeat of our local operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring that our store meets its performance targets in both quality and quantity, maintaining seamless inventory flow, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage FIFO standards, perform daily cycle counts, and maintain precise digital logs of all goods received and issued.
- Technical Support: Take custody of repair tools, perform basic unit diagnostics, and conduct in-warranty repairs to ensure our customers remain powered.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organized shop floor that reflects the high standards of the Sun King brand.
- Reporting: Provide stakeholders with accurate daily and monthly reports on stock status and repair performance.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, resolving queries and assisting Energy Officers to ensure total customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
We are searching for a candidate who is proactive, tech-savvy, and deeply committed to integrity. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with the local territory in Delta State is a significant advantage.
