Sun King is dedicated to designing, distributing, and financing solar home energy for the 1.8 billion people living without reliable electricity. As a Store Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the store's performance targets—in terms of both quality and quantity—are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

As the Store Executive, your daily operations will revolve around maintaining an efficient, organized, and customer-friendly store environment. Your core responsibilities will include:

1. Inventory Management

Receive stock, track inventory from the warehouse, and manage dispatches in accordance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
Maintain and update stock cards, and provide off-the-shelf sales details as required.
Keep an updated online log of Goods Received and Goods Issued.
Perform daily cycle counts, conduct monthly stock takes, and manage spare parts inventory and re-orders.
Consolidate faulty stock returned from the field for proper disposal.

2. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and share daily on-hand stock reports for key stakeholders.
Report daily on stock issued out for replacement or replenishment.

3. Repairs & Technical Support

Oversee repairs and manage spare parts inventory.
Take custody of repair tools and toolkits.
Perform basic checks on faulty units and carry out basic repairs on returns within warranty.

4. Store Operations & Customer Service

Ensure the center is neat, tidy, and arranged by SKU, and observe strict safety procedures at the workbench.
Warmly welcome walk-in customers, identify technical issues with faulty components, and verify warranty eligibility.
Assist Energy Officers and coordinate with the Call Center to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Who is Sun King Looking For?

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual. You might be a strong candidate if you possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in any related field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a store management, inventory, or related operational role.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer focus skills.
High levels of integrity, flexibility, a positive attitude, and a strong collaborative mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proven report-writing experience.
Computer literacy, with standard working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Prior knowledge of Sun King products and territory knowledge (highly advantageous).
