Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment within the workplace. You will maintain daily office cleanliness, prepare and serve light refreshments, and support the overall day-to-day hospitality operations of the office. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, professional, and currently residing in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Hygiene:
- Maintain absolute cleanliness across offices, reception areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
- Ensure all workspaces are tidy, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages promptly.
- Dispose of waste appropriately while adhering strictly to high hygiene standards.
Hospitality & Catering Support:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, snacks, and light meals as required.
- Assist with basic food preparation and serving during corporate meetings and events.
- Maintain clean, sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of food items and kitchen tools.
Office Support:
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms before and after corporate gatherings.
- Provide support for administrative or facility-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Identify and report maintenance or repair issues to ensure a safe environment.
Health & Safety:
- Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety procedures.
- Ensure safe and appropriate use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain impeccable standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and appearance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Steward, Office Assistant, Housekeeper, or a similar role.
- Must be a resident of Abuja, Nigeria.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Candidates between the ages of 26 and 35 years are encouraged to apply.

- Good culinary knowledge and basic food handling skills.
