Role Overview

As the Station Manager for our Ilorin Station, you will be responsible for the overall success, profitability, and safety of the facility. You will direct day-to-day operations, lead our on-site team, drive sales initiatives, and ensure that every customer receives exceptional service. This role is ideal for a hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail or gas operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operational and administrative activities of the LPG station to ensure maximum efficiency.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate station staff to achieve performance targets while maintaining a harmonious work environment.
Sales & Customer Service: Drive local sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Safety Control: Monitor LPG stock levels, handle cash reconciliation, and strictly enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Reporting & Decision Making: Provide regular feedback on station performance, market trends, and operational challenges to head office.

Key Requirements

Education: Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 3–5 years of practical experience in LPG station management, retail store operations, or similar roles.
Leadership: Proven experience leading, supervising, and developing diverse teams.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, sales, analytical, and critical decision-making abilities.
