We are seeking a Senior Product Manager specializing in Heart Health to join our expanding Health Sensing organization. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Health Risk Detection, you will focus squarely on advancing ŌURA’s cardiovascular health experiences, from proactive monitoring to delivering long term heart health insights. You will join an established, cross functional team dedicated to heart health innovation, collaborating closely with Science, Design, Engineering, and Regulatory partners to accelerate our roadmap and deepen member value.

Key Responsibilities

Define and champion the vision and strategy for ŌURA’s heart health products and features.
Own the product roadmap for cardiovascular health, translating scientific advancements, member needs, and business goals into clear, executable plans.
Drive product development from ideation through launch and iteration, collaborating closely with engineering, design, science, and research teams.
Conduct in depth market research, competitive analysis, and user understanding to identify unmet needs and new opportunities in heart health.
Ensure all heart health initiatives align with regulatory requirements and clinical validity standards, working in partnership with regulatory affairs.
Communicate product strategy, priorities, and results effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, using data to inform future iterations and strategic decisions.

Requirements

Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager or similar leadership role, with at least 5+ years of experience in product management.
Deep understanding of cardiovascular health concepts, including monitoring, risk detection, and long term health management.
Demonstrated experience in health tech, wearables, or a related field, preferably involving hardware and software integration.
Strong ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, successfully bringing complex products to market.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse teams.
Experience working closely with scientific, engineering, design, and regulatory teams in a fast paced environment.
Data driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze product performance, market trends, and user behavior to inform decisions.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or advanced certification in health sciences, engineering, or business is a plus.
