The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation initiatives, serving both public and private sector clients. You will not only own the product lifecycle from vision to execution but also act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the complexities of technology-enabled innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and MVP delivery to scaling and continuous optimization.
Client Advisory: Facilitate executive workshops and design thinking sessions, providing expert guidance on digital operating models and service design.
Delivery Leadership: Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and analysts within an Agile framework.
Commercial Growth: Collaborate with business development teams to craft compelling proposals and identify opportunities for organizational growth.
Public Sector Expertise: Design solutions that align with public policy objectives, regulatory frameworks, and citizen accessibility standards.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or technology consulting. You should possess a strong background in leading multidisciplinary teams and a proven track record of managing complex digital transformation programs. A deep understanding of the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA) and Agile methodologies is essential to your success in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Master’s degree (MBA/MSc) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, PMP) are a distinct advantage.
Experience in GovTech or public sector digital transformation is highly desirable.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
