The Role

In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs. You will serve as a bridge between strategic objectives and technical execution, ensuring that our fintech ecosystem initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and orchestrate multiple interrelated projects under a unified, cohesive program strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and high-value deliverables.
Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, and timelines with precision.
Monitor and report on program performance, proactively managing risks and resolving bottlenecks.
Provide leadership to project managers, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement and advocate for Agile methodologies.
Manage critical vendor relationships and third-party dependencies to ensure successful program delivery.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in program or project management, specifically within the technology or fintech sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of APIs, microservices, and digital channels, combined with the ability to communicate technical roadmaps to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale, multi-stream programs.
High proficiency in industry-standard tools like MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
Strong emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
