Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Oversight: Direct, coordinate, and plan essential site services, including security, facility maintenance, cleaning, and waste disposal.
- Operational Excellence: Implement site-specific SOPs and drive operational and administrative policies to ensure peak performance.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, managing feedback and ensuring the timely resolution of any concerns.
- Compliance and Safety: Maintain rigorous standards, ensuring all facilities are fully compliant with health and safety regulations and local legislation.
- Team Leadership: Oversee general site administration, including staffing, employee welfare, rota management, training, and the generation of daily reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar Facility Management role.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Advanced Excel skills are essential).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate Management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
