We are currently seeking an experienced, driven, and visionary Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer to lead our branch operations in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Key Responsibilities

• Generate and execute new estate brokerage, property management, and valuation briefs and business opportunities for the branch office.
• Manage and oversee the full operational scope and profitability of the assigned branch.
• Supervise portfolios across Capital Markets (estate brokerage and agency), Property/Facility Management, and Valuations.
• Nurture existing client relationships while actively expanding the client portfolio for the branch.

Qualifications & Experience

• A first degree in Estate Management with a minimum of a Second Class grade.
• 12 to 15 years of robust, hands-on experience in real estate brokerage, valuation, and property/facility management.
• Must be an Associate Member of NIESV (Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers).
• Must be registered with ESVARBON (Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria).
• Associate membership with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) will be considered a strong advantage.

• Deep, localized knowledge of the real estate market in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced multitasking, problem-solving, and smart negotiation skills.
• The ability to make sound, quick judgments and spontaneous decisions under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in IT systems, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
