Since our inception, PIL has maintained a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, petroleum, and SMEs. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a visionary leader who can integrate strategy with execution to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.

The Role

As the Head of Operations, you will be the engine of our real estate division. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring that our development projects—from land acquisition to final delivery—meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that support long-term business growth.
• Drive performance across all departments by establishing robust SOPs and KPIs.
• Oversee project delivery by liaising effectively with architects, contractors, and surveyors.
• Ensure strict compliance with Lagos State real estate laws, including LASPPPA and LASRERA regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance to optimize operational budgets and cost-control measures.
• Lead and mentor senior staff to foster a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Oversee essential property documentation, including title deeds, survey plans, and C of O processing.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
• Professional membership (NIESV, NIQS, NSE, or LASRERA) is a significant advantage.
• 12–15 years of experience in real estate or property development, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
• Must be 45 years of age or younger.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects and navigating the Lagos property market.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and financial management skills.
