The Role: Driving Digital Excellence

As the Senior Associate for Web Development & Digital Presence, you will act as the primary architect for all public-facing web properties across CapitalSage Holdings and its 20+ subsidiaries. This is a unique, high-autonomy position designed for an individual contributor who thrives on taking full ownership of projects—from initial brief to final live deployment.

What You Will Own

Building: Design, develop, and launch high-quality, responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. You will also build web forms and landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
Management: Take charge of hosting environments, DNS, domain registrations, and security. You will maintain an asset register and ensure all sites perform at their peak.
Collaboration & Training: Engage directly with subsidiary teams, translate their needs into technical solutions, and empower staff by training them on CMS management.
Reporting: Leverage Google Analytics and Search Console to provide monthly performance insights, ensuring the Group Head is always informed.

Who You Are

We are looking for a candidate with 3–6 years of hands-on experience and a robust portfolio of sites you have personally built. You should be comfortable balancing multiple projects, possess a sharp eye for technical detail, and be highly organized—acting as the 'memory' for the Group's web infrastructure.
