Key Responsibilities
- Implement site security and emergency preparedness plans and procedures to reinforce company safety.
- Develop comprehensive screening criteria and execute the contractor screening process.
- Manage the contractor pass-issuing effort efficiently.
- Develop and oversee the security plan specifically tailored for turnaround (T/A) activities.
- Continuously evaluate security programs to ensure effectiveness and identify additional resource needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Previous professional experience in security management.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience working within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and emergency response planning skills.
