The Role Overview

As an SAP Super User, you will act as the internal champion for SAP system usage. You will not only resolve day-to-day queries but also drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that the organization leverages the full potential of its ERP infrastructure. You will work closely with the SAP Lead and departmental heads to ensure seamless operations across Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

Process Alignment: Master the end-to-end business workflows to ensure SAP configuration aligns with organizational goals.
Support & Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related issues, applying a business-first methodology to troubleshooting.
User Empowerment: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct comprehensive training sessions to elevate user proficiency.
Optimization: Identify process gaps and champion automation projects to increase operational efficiency.
Governance: Maintain rigorous standards for master data accuracy and system compliance.
Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team during system upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Background: A solid educational and professional foundation in Finance, Operations, or IT.
Experience: Previous exposure to SAP implementation or support projects is highly desirable.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PPQM, or SuccessFactors.
Analytical Prowess: Ability to analyze complex data using tools like Excel or Power BI.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations effectively.
