Key Responsibilities

Approach and engage potential customers directly in markets and business areas.
Educate merchants and individuals on PalmPay's innovative loan products and their unique benefits.
Guide and assist customers seamlessly through the loan application and onboarding process.
Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly loan disbursement targets.

Requirements

Experience: No prior experience is required; we provide full, hands-on training to set you up for success.
Work Style: Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, field-based environment (markets, shops, and business areas).
Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Location: Candidates must currently reside in one of the following states/regions: Kwara, Enugu, Warri, Benin, Ondo, Osun, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Imo, or Rivers.
