The Role

As the Retail Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive retail growth strategies, optimize store performance, and ensure our customers receive a world-class experience. Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth, market share, and overall profitability.
Lead and mentor high-performing teams through effective performance management.
Monitor and analyze retail KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee inventory planning, shrinkage control, and stock optimization.
Ensure brand consistency through excellent visual merchandising and promotional execution.

Qualifications and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management capacity.
Proven ability to deliver sales growth and operational excellence.
Strong commercial acumen, financial management skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
