This role is essential to our Retail Business operations. You will serve as a key support pillar, ensuring that our nationwide sales network operates with efficiency, transparency, and data-driven precision.

Key Responsibilities

Commission Administration: Oversee the accurate processing of commissions, overrides, and incentives, ensuring all production records are maintained within designated timelines.
Financial Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile payment-related discrepancies, maintaining rigorous compliance with company policies.
Operational Excellence: Manage retail agency databases, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all records.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare comprehensive reports on production and performance trends to assist management in strategic decision-making.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Finance, HR, and Retail Operations to facilitate smooth service delivery for our agency network.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Insurance, Economics, or a closely related field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant retail structure experience, with preference given to candidates from the financial services or insurance sectors.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP for data analysis.
Exceptional analytical skills combined with a keen eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
