About the Role

This entry-level position is specifically structured for fresh graduates who have completed fundamental training in airline ticketing and GDS. Key Responsibilities

As a Reservation Executive, you will be the backbone of customer travel logistics, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Flight & Booking Management: Efficiently handling flight reservations and secure ticket bookings.
  • Modifications & Cancellations: Assisting clients with crucial itinerary adjustments, including ticket revalidation, reissuance, and processing cancellations.
  • Client Advisory & Support: Responding professionally to customer travel inquiries, offering expert travel advice, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicating and coordinating seamlessly with airlines, hotels, and other global travel partners to ensure smooth itineraries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining neat, accurate, and up-to-date booking records and administrative documentation.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Delivering a high level of customer service that aligns with the organization's premium standards.

Requirements for Success

To qualify for this exciting role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: Must be a fresh graduate with formal training in Ticketing/GDS systems.
  • Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of standard booking software such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a significant advantage.
