About the Role

You will be responsible for sourcing essential renewable energy hardware, including solar panels, inverters, and batteries, while negotiating advantageous supplier contracts. Key Responsibilities
- Source high-quality solar panels, inverters, and batteries from reputable global and local vendors.
- Negotiate competitive supplier contracts, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement plans aligned with organizational and client objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive cost optimization strategies without compromising on quality or sustainability standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of renewable energy products, specifically solar and storage technologies, is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and vendor management capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits
