We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated Quality Officer - Maintenance to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring seamless compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, company standards, and approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager and Safety Manager in implementing, maintaining, and continually improving compliance monitoring across the airline.
• Ensure that robust corrective actions are taken to address the root causes of findings and observations.
• Implement the comprehensive audit program, record and track compliance, chair meetings, and maintain accurate meeting minutes.
• Support safety investigations and manage the reporting database efficiently.
• Identify safety hazards, conduct thorough risk assessments, and recommend practical measures for continuous improvement.
• Drive the effective implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Liaise and follow up proactively with relevant Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs).
• Review maintenance and operations procedures, documentation, and records to identify potential areas for improvement and compliance gaps.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, auditing, or aviation operations.
• Prior experience working within an airline, airport, aviation, engineering, or similarly regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and foundational auditing principles.
• Familiarity with applicable NCAA requirements and broader aviation regulations will serve as a distinct advantage.
• Possession of relevant quality, auditing, or aviation certifications will be viewed favorably.
