When our systems experience downtime or bugs, it directly impacts real-world financial transactions—from urgent loan disbursements to critical repayments. That is why we are looking for a visionary and meticulous QA Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will not just execute tests; you will actively shape how we approach mobile quality assurance. You will spearhead our regression processes, expand our robust automation suite, and leverage cutting-edge AI tooling to achieve unprecedented test coverage that a traditional team could never accomplish alone.

What You’ll Do

Own pre-release regression and validation for both iOS and Android platforms, ultimately making the critical release readiness call.
Build, maintain, and scale our mobile automation suite, ensuring seamless integration into our CI pipeline against every release candidate.
Strategically decide what to automate versus what requires manual inspection, keeping the suite reliable and trusted by the entire engineering organization.
Design comprehensive end-to-end coverage across our core user journeys.
Conduct rigorous exploratory testing on high-risk scenarios, including interrupted flows, dropped connections mid-transaction, and unusual account states.
Test extensively on real devices, focusing heavily on low-end Android hardware and poor network conditions.
Integrate AI across the entire testing lifecycle—from generating test cases and drafting automation scripts to triaging crashes, clustering support tickets, and summarizing logs.
Audit AI-generated adversarial tests and verify bug fixes to guarantee absolute product stability.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of dedicated mobile QA experience focusing on both iOS and Android.
Automation Expertise: Strong background in building automation suites using tools like Maestro, Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest, coupled with clean coding skills in Kotlin, Swift, Python, or TypeScript.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on CI/CD experience, API-level testing expertise, and the ability to diagnose issues deeply using tools like adb/logcat, Xcode console, Charles, or Proxyman.
Domain Knowledge: Previous professional experience working within fintech, payments, or lending environments.
Testing Mindset: Exceptional capability in writing clear, detailed bug reports and an insatiable exploratory testing instinct.
AI Literacy: Practical experience using AI tooling in testing workflows with the discernment to separate valuable insights from misleading output.
