About the Role
As our Program Associate, you will play a central role in the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of our programs and ecosystem initiatives. Working closely with FI Directors, Mentors, Partners, and Global FI stakeholders, you will ensure the successful delivery of the FI Core Program and related initiatives designed to support early-stage founders and the broader startup ecosystem in Nigeria and West Africa.
This exciting position sits right at the intersection of program operations, partnership support, data tracking, and founder engagement. We are looking for someone with a strong emphasis on execution excellence, organizational structure, and a commitment to delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations and logistics of the FI Core Program and related ecosystem initiatives.
- Engage and build strong relationships with early-stage founders, mentors, partners, and global stakeholders.
- Support program directors in planning, executing, and evaluating milestone events, workshops, and pitch sessions.
- Track program metrics, maintain accurate data records, and assist in preparing comprehensive impact reports.
- Facilitate communication across various channels to ensure seamless collaboration between participants and the leadership team.
