Role Overview
As a Professional Driver at Cirvee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our academy by providing safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services. You will be responsible for transporting company executives, staff members, and esteemed guests to their various destinations, representing the company with the utmost professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Safe Transportation: Safely and efficiently transport company executives, staff, and guests to designated locations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that your assigned vehicle is kept immaculately clean, properly serviced, and roadworthy at all times.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular vehicle checks and promptly report any mechanical faults or maintenance requirements to the management.
- Route Planning: Map out the most efficient routes using tools like Google Maps to guarantee timely arrivals while navigating traffic conditions.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel purchases, and maintenance schedules. Ensure all vehicle documentation remains valid and up-to-date.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to all local traffic laws, speed limits, and corporate safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver's Licence.
- Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of professional driving experience, preferably within a corporate or structured organization.
- Local Knowledge: Excellent familiarity with the Ibadan road network and its surrounding environment.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in utilizing GPS navigation tools, specifically Google Maps, to identify optimal routes.
- Professional Demeanor: A clean driving record, neat personal appearance, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Personal Attributes: Highly punctual, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Added Advantage: Basic troubleshooting and vehicle maintenance knowledge will be highly regarded.
