The Role: Production Assistant

As a Production Assistant at AMA Lagos, you will play a vital role in bringing creative visions to life. You will assist in overseeing the production lifecycle of our bespoke garments, ensuring that every piece meets our strict luxury standards and is delivered on time. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily production workflows and scheduling within the fashion house.
Monitor production timelines to ensure all bespoke orders are completed on schedule.
Conduct meticulous quality control assessments on garments at various stages of production.
Manage inventory levels of fabrics, notions, and other design materials.
Liaise effectively between the design team, tailors, embellishers, and administration.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and highly efficient atelier environment.

Key Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in Fashion Design, Production Management, Creative Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
A strong passion for the fashion industry, particularly the luxury and bespoke sectors.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team.
Prior experience in a fashion house or garment manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
