Key Responsibilities
As a Product Integration Support Officer, you will serve as a critical bridge between our technology, operations, and external partners. Your core duties will include:
- Leading the end-to-end onboarding and integration of APIs, payment solutions, and digital platforms.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and business teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Managing technical and business discussions with external stakeholders.
- Overseeing the integration lifecycle from planning and testing to post-launch monitoring.
- Documenting requirements, tracking project milestones, and providing management with actionable progress updates.
- Ensuring system reliability by identifying and resolving issues post-deployment.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Product Integration Support, Product Management, or a closely related field.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
- Advantageous: Professional certification in Product Management and prior experience working with APIs or fintech solutions.
