To accelerate this mission, they are seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to join their dynamic team.
The Role: What You'll Do
As a Product Designer at Youverify, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that harmonize user needs with strategic business goals. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other key stakeholders, you will transform complex ideas into functional, engaging, and visually stunning digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Design: Partner with PMs, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate user and business needs into outstanding design solutions.
- User Interface Creation: Design intuitive UI components including menus, navigation, dashboards, and widget experiences.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups, and user flows to communicate concepts clearly.
- Visual Assets: Develop high-quality illustrations, graphics, and visual elements that elevate the overall user experience.
- Problem Solving & Optimization: Identify and resolve complex UX challenges related to usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Design Systems: Support and maintain Youverify’s design systems, style guides, and layout standards to ensure product consistency.
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements):
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design, ideally within a startup, SaaS, fintech, or fast-paced technology environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end web and mobile design projects.
- Tools: Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar modern prototyping tools.
- Core Skills: Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD), layout design, typography, and color theory.
- Collaboration: Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills to share ideas and integrate valuable feedback.
