About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented Product Designer with a sharp eye for user-centered design and a proven knack for transforming intricate health solutions into intuitive, seamless experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, champions teamwork and consensus-building, and is deeply committed to prioritizing user needs and satisfaction throughout the entire design process.

Key Responsibilities

Define, prepare, maintain, and promote the product roadmap for short- and long-term releases based on primary and secondary market research.
Engage regularly with clients and users across multiple channels to gather actionable feedback.
Specify and prioritize market and product requirements, feature sets, and key messaging in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to brainstorm, ideate, and solve complex problems.
Analyze internal and external data to identify strategic gaps and opportunities, defining KPIs to measure success.
Develop comprehensive internal and external product training plans.
Lead the end-to-end design process—from user flows, mockups, and prototypes to final, incredibly neat design flows for digital products.
Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, design sprints, and thorough customer experience analyses to validate design decisions and enhance overall satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is considered an added advantage).
A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in Product Design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing past work in the tech industry.
Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and maintaining exceptional products.
In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscapes, and user needs derived from continuous research.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic knowledge of web development platforms, databases, infrastructure, and project management principles to facilitate smooth cross-functional communication.
