The Role

In this role, you will be the backbone of project delivery. You will ensure that every material, finish, and piece of furniture is sourced with precision, quality, and cost-efficiency in mind. You will act as a key liaison between designers, finance teams, and global vendors to ensure projects are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies to support diverse interior design projects.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain a robust network of pre-qualified suppliers and negotiate terms that protect profit margins.
Project Alignment: Collaborate closely with the QS and Finance teams to manage budgets, cash flow, and tax compliance (VAT/WHT).
Logistics Management: Manage end-to-end logistics, including international imports, clearing processes, and local 'last-mile' delivery within Lagos.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory, procurement records, and vendor benchmarks to ensure a 100% audit trail.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional with 5–8 years of experience, ideally within the construction, interior design, or furniture industry. You must be comfortable navigating the complexities of Nigerian Customs and possess a sharp eye for market trends and cost optimization.
