We are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Platform Manager (Security) to join our team and serve as the dedicated security authority within our software factory.

The Role

As the Platform Manager (Security), you will operate at the critical intersection of platform engineering, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, legal, and vendor management. You will not merely oversee security from the sidelines; you will be an embedded owner responsible for defining, implementing, and enforcing a robust security posture across every system and workstream. Your mission is to ensure our platform—which handles sensitive financial data for millions—remains resilient, traceable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

Security Standards & Governance: Design and enforce end-to-end security policies covering encryption, identity, and data protection.
Identity & Access Management (IAM): Oversee the platform’s IAM framework, implementing MFA, service-to-service authentication, and strict privileged access management.
Application & Pipeline Security: Govern the secure development lifecycle, ensuring SAST, DAST, and SCA gates are integrated into every CI/CD pipeline.
Regulatory Compliance: Manage compliance requirements including PCI DSS, CBN guidelines, and regional data protection regulations.
Incident Response & Monitoring: Lead the unified monitoring strategy and incident response efforts, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
Infrastructure Protection: Enforce rigorous container and supply chain security using industry-standard tools like Trivy, Falco, and Snyk.
Collaboration: Partner with Enterprise Architects and engineering leads to ensure security is foundational to every new feature.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 8+ years in information security or cybersecurity, ideally within a large-scale, cloud-native, or financial services environment.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud security, IAM, DLP, and network security.
Compliance Mastery: Proven experience navigating financial sector regulations.
Leadership: Experience operating SOC functions and reporting effectively to leadership and boards.
Certifications: Active CISSP or CISM certification is required.
